• 5+ years as a practicing attorney, with experience in law firms, corporations, or government agencies.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project management in a dynamic environment.
• History of leading internal investigations and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in legal writing.
• Active membership in a State Bar in the United States.
