Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant & Paralegal at our Sonoma, CA location, with the opportunity for partial work from home. The primary responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. The role also involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting with legal research, organizing and maintaining case files, and ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to support the firm s goals and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in administration, including scheduling, email management, and meeting coordination
  • Experience in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, or case filings
  • Proficiency in legal research and maintaining accurate legal documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and technology for managing case records
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Paralegal certification or degree in a related field is highly preferred
  • Experience with estate planning, real estate law, or business law is advantageous
