Insurance Coverage Attorney - Remote - NY / NJ - 130k to 190k. We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm with a national practice, twelve offices in nine states plus the District of Columbia, and local presence in several others. Our lawyers have appeared in the courts of over 35 states and territories. Remote work is available, with the option to work hybrid depending on preference;

offices are located throughout NJ and NY.

• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Serve as counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management.

• Recent experience in insurance coverage.

• Competitive base salary (130k to 190k) and overall compensation package
