This role focuses on representing cities, counties, special districts, and public agencies in complex property transactions, development projects, and public-sector real estate matters. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate and development agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, ground leases, easements, amendments, reciprocal access agreements, and property management contracts.
- Advise public and private clients on land use, zoning, common interest developments, affordable housing, housing trust funds, and related issues.
- Counsel clients on compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, Surplus Land Act, CEQA/NEPA, and other California housing and environmental laws.
