We’re looking for an experienced litigator to step into a senior counsel role handling toxic tort and product liability defense matters. This is a chance to run cases with autonomy, mentor junior attorneys, and play a key role in shaping strategy on high-value litigation. • Take lead on toxic tort and/or product liability defense matters
• Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work
• Prepare cases for trial and handle strategy with partners and clients
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys
• Appear in court and manage hearings as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in-state
• 8+ years of litigation experience in toxic tort/product liability defense
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
