Lateral Associate Attorney (Civil Defense – Hybrid)

Schonbuch Hallissy LLP is growing and we’re looking for talented litigators to grow with us.

We are a dynamic and collaborative civil defense firm led by seasoned trial attorneys who have practiced together for decades. Our team thrives on tackling complex legal challenges across a wide range of practice areas including:

• Complex litigation and business disputes
• Representation of well-known athletes, musical artists, and entertainers
• Products liability
• Catastrophic personal injury
• Employment, harassment, assault, and defamation matters
• Construction defect and construction accident claims

We’re currently seeking one lateral associate with at least 3 years of civil defense experience to join our expanding practice. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from our Los Angeles (Brentwood) or Orange County (Mission Viejo) Office, and work from home.

• Minimum 3 years of civil defense litigation experience
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and mediation
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Salary
  : $140,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience
