Position Overview
We are seeking a Corporate /M&A Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience working on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions. Candidates should be a self-starters, possess the desire or capability to lead transactions, have strong analytical skills, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Portable book of business not required; large firm experience desired; strong academic background required. Position offers some work-from-home flexibility.
Commensurate with experience and in line with other successful business law firms.
BarMust be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willing and able to become licensed in North Carolina within one year of joining Morningstar Law Group.
