A local recruitment agency is seeking an Employment Lawyer for an initial 3-month locum position in Oxford. This full-time role involves handling a caseload of employment matters for the Council including advising on discrimination and policy matters, as well as liaising with HR. Ideal candidates should have recent experience in Employment Law and Local Government. An hourly rate between £40 - £60 is offered, negotiable based on experience.
