Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney; Remote

Overview

Latitude is looking for an attorney with at least five years of labor & employment litigation experience for a contract or permanent position at an Am Law 100 firm. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters. The position can be either part-time or full-time depending on what works best for the candidate.

The successful candidate must be licensed in California and can be located anywhere in the United States.

• Handle written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters.

• 5+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed in California.
• Excellent academic credentials.

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $205,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401(k) plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.

Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
