Construction Defect Attorney (1-15 Years Experience)

Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in California or Outside CA) CA Bar Admission Required

About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Defect Attorney with 1-15 years of experience to join our growing practice. This is a fully remote position, open to attorneys located anywhere in California or outside of California, provided they are actively licensed and in good standing with CA Bar.

Qualifications

• 1-15 years of experience in construction defect litigation (defense preferred)
• Active CA Bar in good standing
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with construction defect cases
• Trial, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus (not required for junior candidates)
• Ability to bill 2,000 hours annually
