This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in Houston, TX, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Family Law Attorney will handle a diverse range of family law cases, including divorces, custody disputes, spousal support, and other legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting motions, preparing for depositions, conducting legal research, meeting with clients to assess their needs, and representing them in court proceedings.

The position requires an ability to balance legal expertise with empathy and professionalism while delivering high-quality legal representation to our clients.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law and handling complex legal issues within the family law domain
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including motions, and preparing legal strategies
• Bar membership in the state of Texas and a valid license to practice law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing both in-office and remote responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage caseloads and maintain attention to detail under time constraints
