Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal motions, conducting depositions, representing clients in court, preparing for trials, and managing litigation strategies. Collaboration and communication with clients and team members will be essential in delivering superior legal outcomes.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Previous litigation experience is highly preferred
