Conveyancer; Remote​/Low Caseload

Overview

Experienced Conveyancer wanted for a fully flexible role – work from home, part-time or full-time. Handle varied residential conveyancing cases with a low-pressure caseload and a supportive team.

• Progress residential conveyancing cases, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership or New Builds.
• Pick up live files from other conveyancers, stepping in at any stage of the conveyancing process.
• Review search reports, respond to enquiries, and ensure smooth file progression.
• Work with a supportive team in a laid-back but efficient environment.
• Typically handle no more than 40 cases at a time, supported by a shared case management spreadsheet for smooth handovers.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ residential conveyancing experience (Solicitor, CLC, CILEX or experienced unqualified conveyancer).
• Comfortable handling all stages of Freehold and Leasehold transactions.
• Confident working independently and adapting to different case files.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to progress cases efficiently.

• Ultimate flexibility – choose full-time, part-time, remote, or hybrid working.
• Lower-pressure environment with no business development or client generation responsibilities.
• Supportive and collaborative conveyancing team with modern systems in place.
• Performance-related bonus up to £3,000 per year.
