* Qualifications:

* Experience:

2-6 years practicing family law
* required*, showcasing familiarity with Texas family law statutes and procedures.

* Must have direct experience in family law

* Will handle family cases and effectively resolve legal disputes

* Should devise innovative case strategies tailored to clients' goals

* Must be proficient in drafting and editing pleadings, negotiating with opposing counsel, and advocating fiercely for clients in court

* Will focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service throughout the legal process

* Skills:

* * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

* Skillful in communicating with clients and expressing genuine compassion to families who feel/are in “crisis”

* Ability to satisfy a 1450/year billable hours requirement

* Able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding

* Manage a diverse caseload, from initial consultation through to resolution

* Foster positive relationships with clients, court personnel, and the legal community

* Language:
* * Bilingual (Spanish & English) is highly preferred
