Sr. General Counsel - REMOTE

In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, you will help manage risks and ensure compliance while supporting strategic initiatives.

Your contributions will shape the legal framework as the company grows and will directly influence operational excellence and patient outcomes in the healthcare sector.

• Advise on corporate governance, fundraising, and equity matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts including NDAs and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws including HIPAA and applicable CMS rules.
• Develop internal controls for compliance and work closely with product and engineering teams.
• Advise on legal risks associated with clinical operations and telehealth delivery.
• Serve as legal partner for strategic initiatives such as M&A and new product launches.

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law.
• 8–12+ years of legal experience with a mix of top law firm and in-house roles.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks: HIPAA, AKS, Stark, CMS programs.
• Experience in executing payer and healthcare provider contracts.
• Business-minded and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communicator with strong judgment and high integrity.
