Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Litigation Attorney based in Beverly Hills, CA, with opportunities for 2 days of remote work a week. The attorney will handle personal injury litigation cases, including drafting and responding to motions, conducting depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, and assisting with trials. Additional responsibilities will include case analysis, legal research, and providing strategic guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and legal procedures
- Experience in drafting, analyzing, and responding to Motions
- Knowledge of Courts and legal systems, with experience managing court proceedings
- Proficiency in Depositions and trial preparation, with prior trial experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and effectively
- California Bar Admission is required
- Experience in personal injury law is highly desirable
