Sr. Paralegal Workers' Comp; Remote

• Provide direct pre-trial and trial support for litigated matters, including drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions
• Coordinate workflow and maintain filing systems to support the overall litigation strategy
• Assist trial teams with administrative tasks, including document retrieval and preparation of exhibits
• Maintain confidentiality regarding attorney-client privilege and trial strategies
• Conduct legal research and writing assignments, including summarizing medical records and preparing deposition summaries

• Minimum of five years of experience in a paralegal capacity with demonstrated experience in insurance-related litigation
• Certification in paralegal studies strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with legal professionals and clients

• Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance, or related areas
• Experience with federal and state e-filing and e-Court systems
• Understanding of personal and commercial lines insurance policies
• Strong research and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy
