• Manage complex, multi-party construction defect cases for homeowner associations
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution
• Navigate arbitration, judicial references, and mediation (very few matters go to trial)

• Significant litigation experience with construction defect matters strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience with plaintiff-side litigation ideal; defense-side experience considered

• Work on meaningful cases that protect homeowners and communities
