This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney based in Phoenix, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The attorney will be responsible for handling family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, support cases, and other legal family matters. Daily tasks include serving as a legal advocate, preparing legal documents, filing motions, conducting depositions, and appearing in court.

The role also requires providing strategic counsel and personalized legal services based on the unique needs of each client.

• Proficiency in Family Law, including understanding of legal family matters and legal issues
• Strong skills in preparing and filing Motions and other legal documents
• Experience conducting Depositions and representing clients during legal proceedings
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach
• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks within deadlines
