Job DutiesWork fully remote or hybrid remote if you prefer; we have offices in Philadelphia as well as throughout New Jersey. We have openings currently for both plaintiff and defense medical malpractice attorneys. Remote work is possible, but occasional court appearances may be required.
The successful candidate will have previously managed a full caseload of medical malpractice cases.
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case-related documents
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
- Analyze and summarize medical or other case-related records and highlight important information
- Recent medical malpractice experience
