• Direct client contact with a varied portfolio from start-ups to multinational companies; contribute to high-level strategy development for litigation and transactional support.
• Work in a collaborative environment emphasizing communication and problem-solving.

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Active membership in the state bar and up-to-date with CLE requirements.
• Exceptional writing skills and a strong academic background.
