A growing labor & employment law firm is seeking a fully remote Entry Level Attorney based in California. This contract-to-hire position offers a pay rate of $40 to $45 per hour, with expected commissions of over $2,000 a month. The ideal candidate must hold a California Bar license and be willing to engage in pre-litigation negotiations. Medical, dental, vision benefits, and a 401k plan are included.
Successful candidates will transition to a permanent role after 3 months if all goes well.
