• Act as the primary immigration counsel for North America, addressing all immigration-related inquiries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement immigration strategies and solutions
• Monitor compliance with immigration laws and regulations, enhancing internal practices
• Manage relationships with external counsel on immigration investigations and claims
• Serve as the subject matter expert on North America immigration matters for the organization

• Juris doctorate degree and a member in good standing with the applicable state bar
• Minimum of 8 years of dedicated immigration law experience in a law firm and/or in-house position
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. business and employment visa-related immigration laws
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Experience advising stakeholders on immigration and employment law compliance
• In-house experience with global organizations managing significant U.S.
  
  -inbound visa volume
• Passion for process improvement and best-in-class compliance practices
