Location: Uptown Dallas, TX (primarily in-office with some flexibility)
Compensation: $100,000–$135,000 base salary + bonuses and full benefits
OverviewA premier Uptown Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support a high-stakes plaintiff’s personal injury practice. This role is ideal for a senior-level paralegal who has deep experience managing complex litigation matters and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment handling significant cases.
The firm handles high-value, sophisticated personal injury matters
, often involving catastrophic injuries and complex liability issues. While limited work-from-home flexibility is available, this is primarily an in-office role requiring close collaboration with attorneys and litigation teams.
- Provide comprehensive litigation support on complex personal injury matters from intake through trial
- Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and trial materials
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert witness logistics
- Organize, review, and summarize medical records, accident reports, discovery, and case files
- Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness coordination, and trial notebooks
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
- Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and internal quality standards
- Extensive experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal required
- Strong background supporting high-value or complex PI cases (catastrophic injury experience is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and discovery rules
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with litigation and document management software
- Trial experience strongly preferred
Candidates with significant, directly relevant experience will be considered for the top end of the compensation range
