• Provide direct pre-trial and trial support for litigated matters, including drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions
• Coordinate workflow and maintain filing systems to support overall litigation strategy
• Assist trial teams with administrative tasks, including document retrieval and assembly of exhibits
• Maintain confidentiality regarding attorney-client privilege and trial strategies
• Conduct legal research and prepare various legal documents as needed

• Minimum of five years of experience in a paralegal capacity focusing on insurance-related litigation
• Certification in paralegal studies strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures
• Experience with federal and state e-filing and e-Court systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management databases

• Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance, or a related field
• Understanding of both personal and commercial lines insurance policies
• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
