Litigation Attorney

Leading national plaintiff-side law firm seeks an experienced and motivated lawyer to join our practice which specializes in litigation representing victims of school- and institution-related violence, including school shootings, fraternity hazing, sexual violence, and church sex abuse. The firm also handles wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury claims, civil rights and Title IX claims, and commercial and impact litigation. Our attorneys represent clients across the country, often in cutting-edge and precedent-setting litigation.

Position is for Traverse City, Michigan office, and responsibilities include primary and co-responsibility on high-profile cases, including trial, court appearances, case management, legal research, writing, conducting depositions, and out-of-state travel. Hybrid remote work considered.
