Our Firm is currently hiring for experienced litigation attorneys! LOOKING FOR 1-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL LITIGATION. This individual will be a pillar of our team, adeptly handling a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters, while showcasing exceptional leadership in managing a team of paralegals and clerks.

Types of Case Matters

We handle Partitions, Quiet Title Actions, Real Estate Fraud, Foreclosure Litigation, Purchase/Sale Disputes, Real Estate Agent Misrepresentations, Easement/Boundary Disputes, Eviction Defense, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Show exceptional analytical acuity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in drafting and reviewing transactional documents.
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
  • Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions.
  • Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans.
  • Represent clients in court with confidence and poise, exhibiting exceptional communication skills.
  • Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests.
  • Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth.
The following are the requirements for this role:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience litigating real estate matters strongly preferred
  • 3.5 weeks of PTO/Paid Holidays

Compensation

Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary rate ranging from $120,000-$200,000 depending on the attorney level, experience, education, and potential for growth and advancement.
