Overview
Busy Albany litigation firm seeks an associate attorney with 2–3 years of civil litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with discovery, including drafting demands/responses and conducting depositions. Strong research and writing skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Handle civil litigation matters with a focus on discovery, including drafting demands/responses and conducting depositions.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive writing.
- 2–3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience with discovery including drafting demands/responses and conducting depositions.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Admitted attorneys preferred but will consider recent graduates who are bar eligible.
