Litigation Paralegal

Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation team at a respected law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina
. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire position with a hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits.

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake through trial preparation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Manage litigation‑related documents and maintain organized case files.
• Assist with eDiscovery, document review, and mediation/trial logistics.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and the courts to ensure timely progression of matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorney review.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/business litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, court rules, and litigation support tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
