LONGSHORE HARBORS WORKERS' COMPENSATION & DBA ATTORNEY

Los Angeles CA

A well-established Defense law firm is seeking to expand their Insurance Defense team with 3-5 years' Associate Attorneys with Longshore Workers Compensation and Defense Based Act experience, 3rd Party Insurance Defense, handling matters in Maritime and Admiralty Law, Federal LHWCA, cruise lines, shipping and intermodal/cargo.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience in handling cases and filing claims; depositions;
  Section 905(b); representing employers, insurers, claims administrators; litigation experience preferred
• Strong academic, oral and written communication skills
• Licensed in CA
