Contract Employment Attorney (Remote – California)

We are partnering with a solo practitioner who is seeking experienced Contract Employment Attorneys to support an increased volume of work on a temporary, contract basis.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking for flexible, remote contract work while continuing other professional commitments.

• Fully remote
• Must be located in California

• Provide legal support on a range of employment law matters
• Assist with advice and counseling issues, including workplace policies and compliance
• Draft, review, and revise employment-related documents and correspondence
• Support ongoing matters as needed based on workload and availability
• Collaborate directly with the solo practitioner in a responsive, efficient manner

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Prior experience practicing employment law
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable availability during agreed-upon hours
• Flexible hours
• Fully remote within California
• Duration and workload will vary based on need
