The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney
- Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
- Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales
- Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
- Collaborate with members of the state team
- Actively participate in weekly state meetings
- Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting
Requirements
- J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions
- Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
