Associate Attorney

Seeking a driven junior or mid-level associate to join our growing Los Angeles-based firm, where our mission is to quickly become one of the premier plaintiffs’ employment law and civil rights firms in California. We extensively vet potential cases on the front end and strive to accept only high liability, high value cases that we will aggressively litigate towards trial.

This is a remote position with competitive compensation and excellent benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. The associate can expect a level of training and mentoring unparalleled for a plaintiffs' side firm. This is because all of the attorneys at our firm have extensive employment defense experience that they rely on in, both in their present practice and in training rising new attorneys.

The associate can expect to gain hands-on experience drafting, interfacing with clients, and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations.

We are seeking applicants who are genuinely interested in this meaningful line of work and growing their legal acumen. Applicants must be strong, analytical writers. Applicants must be California-licensed attorneys.

Salary range based on experience: $90,000 to $180,000 plus bonus
