We are seeking a full-time Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join our team in a hybrid role. We are based in Quincy, MA. This position involves drafting, reviewing, and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability searches, and providing counsel on intellectual property strategy. The Patent Attorney / Agent will engage directly with clients to understand their legal and technical needs and assist in protecting their intellectual property rights.

Remote work flexibility will be provided as part of the hybrid arrangement.

• Strong legal analysis, research, and written communication skills
• Degree in electrical engineering or physics
• Bar admission with the USPTO
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
