We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Legal Content Reviewer to review, analyze, and validate legal content, documents, and publications in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure all materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Review legal content, contracts, policies, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Verify adherence to applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure consistency with internal guidelines, style standards, and legal requirements
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to content authors and legal teams
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and content development teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed content and changes
- Support internal audits, quality control, and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to reviewed content
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in legal review, content validation, compliance, or related roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Proficiency with document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and productively in a remote work environment
- Licensed attorney or paralegal certification
- Experience reviewing contracts, corporate policies, or compliance documents
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms and content management systems
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location
