AboutThe Role
We are seeking a Construction Defect Attorney with actively licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar. This is a fully remote position, open to attorneys located anywhere in California or outside of California, provided they are actively licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar. 1-15 years of experience in construction defect litigation (defense preferred).
Qualifications- 1-15 years of experience in construction defect litigation (defense preferred)
- Active CA Bar in good standing
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with construction defect cases
- Trial, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus (not required for junior candidates)
- 100% remote work
