An elite California boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its San Francisco office (or work fully remote). This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters involving real property in a highly respected, collaborative environment known for professional growth and work-life balance.

• Base Salary: $190,000 – $240,000 per year DOE
• Hybrid in the Bay Area or Remote anywhere in CA
• Competitive and Transparent Bonus Structure

• 2–6 years of proven litigation experience
• Familiarity with commercial litigation involving real property preferred
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Ability to manage litigation matters independently
• CA Bar License required
