Newly Qualified Real Estate Solicitor; NQ

The Role

You will work closely with senior members of the Real Estate team on a range of property matters, primarily focused on residential conveyancing, with scope to support broader real estate work as the practice develops. The role offers hands-on experience, early responsibility, and direct client contact.

• Assisting with and managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, and supporting property documentation
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Managing exchange and completion processes
• Conducting title reviews and reporting to clients and lenders
• Maintaining accurate files and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Supporting the ongoing development of the Real Estate practice

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying imminently)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, client-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Interest in real estate and property law
• Experience in residential conveyancing or real estate matters
• Familiarity with lender requirements and Land Registry processes
• Willingness to take responsibility and work independently when required
• Commitment to professional development

• Hybrid role (office and remote working)
