Witness the signing of various legal documents, such as wills, contracts, affidavits, and powers of attorney by verifying the parties' identities and witnessing signatures, ensuring document authenticity and validity. Travel to clients' locations, including homes, hospitals, and offices, to facilitate notarization for real‑estate transactions, loan documents, and other legal agreements in compliance with laws and regulations.

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission. Depending on jurisdiction, additional training and certification may be necessary to become a Mobile Notary Signing Agent.
• Understanding of acceptable forms of identification, proper notarial procedures, and specific document requirements.
• Proficiency with relevant software and hardware, including secure handling of electronic documents and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection.
• Courteous, patient, and able to address clients' questions about the notarization process.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality when handling documents and appointments.
