Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an Attorney to join our team, with a focus on Workers' Compensation. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Write pre-filing case summaries under the guidance of the supervising attorney.
• Champion depositions and defend them with precision.
• Conduct thorough investigations relevant to each case.
• Prepare and file essential legal documents such as briefs and motions.
• Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys on various legal projects.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing them with timely status reports.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of our firm.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3-10 years experience in Worker's Compensation or Personal Injury Law
• A valid Michigan law license in good standing with the bar required;
  Additional licenses in Illinois or Indiana preferred.
• Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
• Proficiency in research and writing.
• Experience in litigation.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in research, analysis, and problem-solving.
• The capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
