Knight Law Group, LLP is seeking an attorney with at least three years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will advocate on behalf of California consumers pursuing claims against car manufacturers and car dealers. The role emphasizes aggressive discovery-driven litigation and provides opportunities to participate in written discovery, law & motion, oral argument, depositions, and trial preparation. There is a path for growth into an aggressive litigator.

• Work on a team of experienced lawyers.
• Draft written discovery, review responses, and participate in e-discovery.
• Draft motions related to discovery disputes, responses to pleading challenges, oppositions to Motions for Summary Adjudication, and other motions.
• Prepare for and participate in oral arguments in various courtrooms related to discovery disputes, case management, and trial preparation.
• Prepare clients and defend consumer client depositions; depose percipient witnesses and corporate representatives.
• Prepare expert witnesses and attend expert depositions; attend vehicle inspections with experts.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney.
• Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and travel within California for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositions.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
