Attorney - Los Angeles GL

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi‑office national law firm, is seeking attorneys with General Liability defense experience to join our Los Angeles/Glendale Office. Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers’ Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability, and Products Liability. We are open to a remote position.

• Provide client communication and advice related to litigation risks, outcomes, legal rights, and obligations.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentations.
• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents and advise on issues in the area of law practiced.
• Prepare for and attend mediations and hearings as required.
• Handle client interaction and problem resolution related to case hearings.
• Integrate best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases.
• Prepare discovery for opposing parties, and respond to discovery from opposing parties.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Meet required minimum billable hours/receivables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in General Liability defense litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited university.
• Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing with the California State Bar; must also be admitted to all Federal District Courts in California, if not already admitted.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate, high‑quality work products.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Westlaw, and time‑billing software.

Salary Range: $135,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
