Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a transactional attorney with six to eight years of experience in affordable housing policy and development, including financing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating and drafting loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and other related documents for multifamily housing developments. Experience with first-time homebuyer programs, construction documents, and commercial leases is a plus.
The compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $215,000, depending on the candidate’s years of practice and relevant experience. Annual performance-based bonuses are also available.
The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement and provides an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The billable hour requirement for attorneys is 1850 hours. Benefits include competitive health insurance, a 401(k) plan with partial match, and eligibility for both discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
