• Work independently to thoroughly prepare cases for trial.
• Monitor the work of others.
• Maintain excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Be a self-starter with good judgment, keeping a cool head under pressure.
• Be present in the office regularly and make frequent court appearances.

• 10+ years defense litigation experience.
• Hands‑on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution.
• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law (preferred).
• Must be admitted to practice in CA (admission in other jurisdictions is a plus).
