Litigation Associate - Medical Malpractice Defense

Monmouth County law firm seeks a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, including motions, depositions, and court appearances. Minimum Experience: 1 year in Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft motions
• Take depositions and appear in court or conferences
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Medical Malpractice defense and/or personal injury law
• Experience drafting and arguing motions
• Experience conducting depositions
• Ability to represent clients in court
• Excellent communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
