Workers Compensation Attorney

Job Overview: A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a dynamic and growing team. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work with the option for office space if preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution. This includes handling discovery, litigation, and working closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage workers' compensation cases from inception through final resolution
• Conduct discovery, including gathering evidence and preparing legal documentation
• Handle litigation and represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlements
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Provide proactive case management and strategic legal counsel
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

• Member of the State Bar of California
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Commitment to proactive case management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
