A prominent law firm is seeking a highly skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their growing team. The position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and defend workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, working closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. This is a full-time, remote position with the option for office space if needed.

Duties

• Manage legal defense for workers' compensation cases from start to finish
• Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and negotiations
• Provide proactive case management throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements

• Active member of the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiating abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to handle work-related stress and complex situations

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
