• Fort Collins — 3538 JFK Parkway Suite 1, Fort Collins, CO 80525

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law and criminal matters, including divorce, child custody, and protection orders.
• Manage all phases of casework, from conducting thorough legal research and drafting pleadings to overseeing negotiations and making court appearances.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication to provide crucial support throughout their legal journey.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and maintain accurate case files and billing records.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong litigation skills and experience appearing in family court.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.
• A client-focused mindset with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
• Must have Criminal and Family Law experience.
