About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join a dynamic trial and litigation team in Denver. This role provides critical administrative and legal support to attorneys, helping manage cases efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met. You will work in a hybrid setting with a mix of in‑office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys
- Draft, proofread, and finalize complex legal documents, pleadings, letters, and emails
- File documents with state and federal courts, including electronic filing systems
- Maintain calendars for hearings, deadlines, depositions, and meetings
- Assist with trial preparation and case file organization
- Support travel arrangements and monthly expense reporting for attorneys
- Handle billing, correspondence, and client reporting
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation/trial legal assistant or secretary
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court filing requirements (state and federal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal document management systems (e.g., File Site or iManage)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and anticipate team needs
