Role Description

This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in Huntington Beach, CA, with work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling elder abuse and neglect cases, providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting pleadings/motions/discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing case for trial.

Qualifications

Proficiency in civil discovery and civil procedure
Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in elder law or litigation is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar
